6. We never resort to unethical or high pressure sales tactics to persuade customers to buy.
7. We always honestly describe our merchandise as to content, construction and condition.
8. We will not sell any merchandise that is purposely mislabeled or that does not, in our opinion, represent honest value for its price.
9. We will schedule deliveries as accurately as possible and make every effort to deliver goods as promised.
10. We will do our best to handle legitimate complaints to the satisfaction of the customer.
11. We treat co-workers and other colleagues with respect, fairness and good faith, and advocate conditions of employment that safeguard the rights and welfare of all employees of our institutions.
